Job Description:

As a Spa Butler at St. Pancras London, you play a key role in maintaining a safe, pristine, and welcoming spa environment, supporting the overall guest experience with efficiency and discretion. With a strong focus on health and safety protocols, you ensure that all spa areas meet five-star hygiene and presentation standards at all times. Your attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to safety ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxing and secure spa experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the spa and wellness areas, including the pool, thermal suites, and relaxation spaces, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
  • Perform regular safety checks and facility inspections to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines
  • Prepare and restock spa amenities such as towels, robes, refreshments, and other guest essentials to support a seamless spa journey
  • Assist guests in a discreet and professional manner, providing support with lockers, facilities, and general spa information
  • Monitor guest flow in and out of wet and relaxation areas, ensuring capacity limits and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
  • Report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues promptly to the appropriate department for immediate resolution

Requirements:

  • Certified Pool Responder, monitoring the pool area and responding swiftly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies to ensure guest safety
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safety, hygiene, and brand protocols in all areas of the spa
  • Support the delivery of a calm, safe, and luxurious spa environment through a proactive, detail-oriented, and guest-focused approach
