Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll represent the Jack Wills brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing styling advice, and creating a memorable, tailored shopping experience. You’ll work as part of a passionate team to meet targets, maintain high standards, and reflect the effortless cool of the brand in everything you do.

Job Responsibility

Greet customers with energy and confidence
Provide personalised style advice and product recommendations
Deliver an engaging and premium service that reflects the Jack Wills identity
Maintain high visual and presentation standards across the shop floor and stock areas
Support with replenishment and back-of-house organisation
Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and KPIs
Promote our latest collections and brand values with passion and product knowledge

Requirements

Passionate about fashion and British heritage style
Strong communicator who thrives in a customer-facing role
Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a positive experience
Flexible and reliable, especially during key trading times (e.g. weekends, holidays)
Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential if you’re eager to learn!
