Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate and fun team at our beautiful store located at Tamworth. We are searching for a Brand Ambassador that will not only have a flair for homewares and styling but who will also be driven to deliver exceptional customer service each and every time.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide home styling advice to customers with an exclusive range of premium homewares and bed linen
  • Deliver exceptional customer service each and every time

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment
  • A motivated individual with a drive to achieve personal sales targets
  • Flexibility to work retail hours across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
  • An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards
  • Vibrant personality and focused on delivering the best shopping experience

  • Act as a brand ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism
  • Gain and maintain up to date product knowledge to best assist our customers
  • Provide personalised 1:1 customer service
  • Assist customers with all queries and process sales
  • Work in collaboration with the wider Management and store team to achieve KPI’s and targets
  • Support wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness and presentation etc.
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management
  • Consistently complete any mandatory training relevant to product, policy & procedure etc
