Job Description

As a Sales Assistant within our Ladies Luxury Accessories department, you’ll deliver a premium shopping experience, connecting with customers and offering expert product guidance across high-end accessories. You’ll play a key role in elevating the customer journey, helping customers discover the finishing touches that complete their look, while maintaining the highest luxury standards on the shop floor.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome all customers with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, creating a luxury-first impression
  • Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversation and tailored recommendations
  • Ask open-ended questions to understand styling needs and occasions, particularly within accessories and finishing pieces
  • Recommend and locate suitable products, staying up to date on current collections, designers, and key seasonal trends in luxury accessories
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across handbags, small leather goods, and accessories, highlighting key features and craftsmanship
  • Naturally identify add-on opportunities to complement purchases and enhance the overall outfit
  • Share information about in-store promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty benefits
  • Maintain exceptional visual standards within the accessories department, ensuring displays are clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations
  • Support replenishment and ensure the department is always ready for trading
  • Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in line with the Flannels brand
  • Ensure full compliance with all Flannels policies and procedures
