Casual Ramp Service Agent

• Ground handling services
• including providing lavatory and water service, luggage handling and aircraft marshalling and towing and positioning aircraft
• Maintenance and cleaning of the premises, including company vehicles and ramp equipment
• Ensuring the privacy and security of all passengers, crew and aircraft
• Respecting the privacy of every passenger and customer

• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a luxury service experience
• Must be reliable and highly motivated
• Capable of working within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet critical deadlines
• Able to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously
• Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills
• Be well presented
• Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
• Must hold a current Drivers Licence
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
• Prior Ramp Agent/Aviation experience would be a distinct advantage
