Working with a small brigade of chefs, you will have the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your skills. Everything is handmade in this kitchen, using intricate techniques. We are searching for someone who is an intuitive chef and is looking to develop, has good communication and presentation as you will be working in a very open kitchen with guest interaction occurring.
Requirements:
Have at least 3 years’ experience in a high-end restaurant or wine bar
Be confident making breads, pastry and managing a section
Be happy to work in an open kitchen and engage with guests
Be organised, have a good attitude and be keen to learn
