As the Night team member you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk throughout the night.
Job Responsibility
Provide outstanding customer service to guests
Greet each guest, anticipate their needs, and exceed expectations
Handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency
Collaborate with daytime reception team and provide full update and handover.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Additional language proficiency is a bonus
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
