The impressive brand-new Everton Stadium, located on Bramley-Moore dock, Liverpool, is set to be one of the most revolutionary and advanced venues for fan experience in Europe. Serving 52,888 fans per matchday, the mission is to set the standard for excellence and create exceptional experiences for Evertonians and non-match day visitors to the site. We currently have an opportunity for a number of Mixologists to join our amazing team at Aramark who are delivering all food and beverage services into Everton Stadium. The mixologist must be able to provide training to educate restaurant and bar staff about cocktails, ingredients, garnishing, presentation and service. Your creativity and expertise will be key in developing and perfecting signature cocktails and promoting the bar’s offerings. Providing expert recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience. The role requires a deep knowledge of preparing a variety of cocktails. Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare cocktails, mix, garnish and serve a wide range of cocktails based on recipes or customised requests ensuring the highest quantity and consistency
  • Work closely with bars manager experimenting with new ingredients and creating innovative drinks that enhance the customer experience
  • Have a deep understanding of spirits, liqueurs and other cocktail ingredients including their flavors, origins and best uses
  • Monitor the bar’s stock levels, supporting with order supplies as needed and ensure that ingredients are fresh and properly stored
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked, ensuring that all tools, glassware, and equipment are in good working condition
  • Suggest premium drinks, cocktails, or add-ons to customers to increase sales and provide a memorable experience
  • Have bar knowledge of setting up stations and breakdown responsibilities as well as delivering a premium service
  • Undertake any other duty deemed reasonable by management to meet the demands of the business
  • Make an outstanding guest experience in all premium outlets in the stadium
  • Be approachable with good interpersonal skills and to have an extensive cocktail knowledge and understand allergens

  • Have the ability to support with cocktail tastings or educational sessions for staff
  • Proactively engage with guests and clients on match-days to ensure a first-class premium experience is delivered
  • Drive cocktail/beverage sales by promoting cocktail features and upselling premium options to guests
  • Support with addressing any guest or client feedback promptly on match-day and passing on any feedback to supervisor/manager to implement improvements where necessary
  • Ensure all match day procedures are maintained and monitored, and all stock sheets are assed throughout the day, making sure stock transfers, wastage, are checked and signed off

Requirements:

  • Previous bar/cocktail experience is essential
  • Must possess a flexible & adaptable approach to working hours/duties
  • Must have attention to detail and a passion for the beverage/cocktail industry
  • Must be calm and resilient, not deterred by an ‘unforeseen challenge’, problem solving and effectively be a team player
  • Must have standard knowledge of restaurant and bar efficiency
  • Must have strong attention to detail, structured and methodical with the flexibility to respond to the dynamic demands of all matchday requests
