Job Responsibility

Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference and banquet rooms to the Hotel standards and the client's specifications

Service the meeting and conference rooms for coffee breaks, lunch, etc. as needed
Liaise with the Events Management to ensure function sheets are up to date
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution
Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally
Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance and conduct at all times
