Job Description:

Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Kitchen Assistants to join our casual team at Anfield Stadium. Working in our state-of-the-art kitchens alongside our highly experienced and creative chefs. This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.

Job Responsibility:

  • Basic food preparation
  • unloading and putting away deliveries
  • emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
  • deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
  • washing up, ensuring that all items used in the restaurant by our customers are cleaned and made ready for the following match using automated dishwashers
  • portering: ensuring each back of house area is cleared of rubbish and left tidy at the end of each match

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-faced environment
  • awareness of manual handling techniques
  • some experience of kitchen equipment
  • previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar
