This is an ad hoc position, based at Norwich Airport, for a Casual HR Assistant to join the team. The main scope is to assist the HR Manager in providing a high quality and professional HR service to Norwich Airport.
Job Responsibility:
Preparation of job offers, employment contracts and contract variations
Administration of the new starter process including obtaining references and preparing induction paperwork
Monitor probationary periods
Monitor sickness absence and arranging OH medicals
Administration of the leaver process including processing resignations and arranging exit interviews
Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager through all aspects of the employee life cycle
Ensure accurate electronic employment records are maintained in accordance with GDPR
Work closely with the Payroll Team
Undertake other tasks as required to assist in the general functioning of the HR department
Requirements:
Produce documents to verify entitlement to work in the UK
Provide appropriate evidence of eligibility to work in the UK for foreign nationals (work permit/visa)
