Job Description

Casual Food & Beverage Team Member at Easter Road Stadium. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Members to join our team at Easter Road Stadium. Working across hospitality lounges, food service areas, kiosks, and event spaces, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent food and beverage service to supporters and guests during Hibernian FC matchdays and a variety of events throughout the year.

Job Responsibility

Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Taking and processing card payments using EPOS systems
Providing excellent customer service to supporters, guests, and hospitality clients
Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service where required
Ensuring food displays, service counters, and hospitality areas remain fully stocked and presentable
Supporting the team to maintain quick and efficient service during busy periods
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of food service areas before and after events
Working across a variety of hospitality and food service areas throughout the stadium as required
Following food safety procedures and maintaining good allergen awareness, responding appropriately to customer enquiries when required
Keeping workstations, service areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and organised
Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
Assisting with opening and closing duties as required
Reporting any maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to supervisors and managers promptly

Requirements

Previous hospitality, catering, food service, or customer service experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness
Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues during busy periods
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays
