Job Description:

We are searching for several casual customer service attendants across the Club. Front of House Food & Beverage, Aurum Gaming Lounge & Promotions, Beverage, Guest Services. If you are energetic and passionate with the skills and commitment to give our customers an exceptional experience every time, then we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Be the friendly face of SS&A — welcoming patrons, providing excellent service, and ensuring every guest has a great experience

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service
  • Ability to work within a strong and committed team
  • Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
  • Mature attitude and exceptional presentation and grooming standards
  • NSW RSA and NSW RCG essential
