Casual exam invigilator

• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring correct layout and equipment
• Admit candidates in an orderly manner and ensure seating plans are followed
• Distribute exam papers and check candidates have the correct materials
• Supervise students during exams, maintaining a quiet and focused atmosphere
• Report any irregularities or misconduct to the Exams Officer
• Collect and organise exam papers at the end of sessions for secure dispatch

• Educated to GCSE level (including English and Maths) or equivalent
• Can work effectively as part of a team and remain calm under pressure
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Are willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
