Job Description

Enable is a section within Shropshire Council which supports people into education, training and employment. We have a team of contracted and casual employment support workers within Enable who support people with disabilities into employment and related activities. This involves job coaching people entering employment or supporting them to develop skills required for independent travel. It also involves developing a wide range of positive relationships with employers, employment services and social care and health services across Shropshire. We are now looking to appoint a new casual employment support worker into the team. We are currently identifying staffing need for the Autumn student term and interviews will be undertaken on a rolling basis starting on 21.07.26 until we have sufficient staff to meet the needs of the team. Once we have appointed sufficient staff this opportunity will be closed.
