Job Description:

For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.

Job Responsibility:

Being hands on and creative with messy and outdoor play activities
helping with meals and snack times
keeping records on children’s progress and daily activities and adventures
maintaining highest standards of safety, cleanliness and hygiene
meet and greet families and build great relationships

Requirements:

Genuine love of children
warmth
patience
great sense of humour
willingness to learn from colleagues to understand EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter

Nice to have:

Previous experience within a childcare setting
