We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team in a prestigious First Class/Business Class Lounge. Job Responsibility:
Prepare and serve high-quality meals for First Class and Business Class passengers
Work across all lounges, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
Ensure attention to detail in every dish
Be punctual and adhere to the roster schedule
Requirements:
Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Proven experience as a chef, preferably in premium hospitality settings
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence
Knowledge of allergens and the ability to accommodate dietary needs
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
