Here at Liverpool Football Club, we are looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join our casual culinary team on a match day. As a Casual Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, supporting the delivery of high-quality food across our stadium hospitality on a match day. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef looking to progress within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and managing your designated section to ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
Preparing, cooking and finishing dishes in line with recipes, specifications and service requirements
Supporting junior chefs and commis chefs with guidance, training and day to day supervision
Ensuring consistency in quality, portion control and presentation
Maintaining full compliance with food safety, allergen and hygiene regulations
Monitoring stock levels within your section and supporting stock rotation to minimise waste
Assisting senior chefs with menu preparation, service planning and kitchen organisation
Contributing to a positive, professional and high-performing kitchen culture
Requirements:
Proven experience working at Chef de Partie level or in a similar role within a professional kitchen
Strong technical cooking skills and a solid understanding of kitchen operations
Level 2 Food Safety certificate (minimum)
Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior team members
Calm and organised approach under pressure
A genuine passion for food, quality and continuous improvement
