Job Responsibility:

  • Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
  • Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
  • Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
  • Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Service the Halifax Region Municipality and Surrounding Areas
  • Looking for flexible visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends

Requirements:

  • 1 year previous caregiving experience
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
  • Government Issued CCA Certification (Registry #)
  • Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
  • Must be able to legally work in Canada
  • Valid driver’s license is required

  • Oversee the work of maintenance planners to build-up work control packages for aircraft scheduled for Heavy Checks and the special project work from sources both within and outside the Maintenance Department
  • Maintain knowledge of TRAX functions as they pertain to the planning environment and maintain and update forecasts with respect to the duty assignment
