Job Description:

Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive team at Dell Rose Court to help us make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Dell Rose Court is a housing with care scheme in Norwich, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks
  • Enable service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users
  • Participate and support with wellbeing events and activities
  • Help to promote a safe and engaging environment
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in care or new to the industry
  • Passionate about supporting others by providing excellent care
  • Must share the company's core values (We care completely, We collaborate proactively, We act with integrity, We pursue better, We make it happen)
  • Must be able to demonstrate core values at interview
  • An enhanced DBS check will be required
