Job Description:

Do you enjoy supporting others to lead fulfilling and independent lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are currently seeking Casual Care Partner (Healthcare Assistant) to cover leave. As a Care Partner, you will provide essential personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. We are building our casual pool that will enrich our care team capacity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting residents with daily personal care tasks
  • Supporting mobility and transfers
  • Helping with meals
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
  • Promoting a safe and respectful environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aged care or healthcare is preferred
  • A caring, empathetic nature and a genuine interest in supporting residents
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to bid a range of shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Eligibility to live and work in New Zealand permanently
