Job Responsibility:
Deliver efficient, friendly, and consistent bar service across all shifts
Prepare and serve beverages to the highest quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Support stock control by minimizing wastage and reporting shortages as required
Drive sales through upselling, strong product knowledge, and guest engagement
Participate in promotional activities and seasonal menu offerings
Assist with cocktail preparation, menu execution, and new beverage initiatives
Ensure the bar mise en place is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times
Maintain accurate cash handling, till use, and transaction procedures
Engage guests through warm service, knowledge sharing, and brand storytelling
Work collaboratively with the bar and wider hotel team to maintain a positive and professional working environment
Requirements:
Experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel
