As a member of the Bar and Drawing Room team at Chewton Glen, you are the reason that our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Bar & Drawing Room Assistants work part of a team to serve our Guests and create unforgettable experiences for them, exceeding expectations and ensuring that every guest wants to return.

Job Responsibility:

  • Have expert knowledge of the food and beverages that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest cocktail menus to drive sales

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel or bar environment
