Job Description:

The Banqueting Bartender is an essential part of our events team, dedicated to providing an elevated beverage experience for our guests. Reporting to the Director of Banqueting, you will oversee the seamless execution of event bars, ensuring that every pour and interaction aligns with Four Seasons’ world-class standards of excellence. This position will be filled on an on-call/casual basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury F&B setting
  • Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, spirits, and menu pairings to guide guest selections
  • Passion for service and delivering the best
  • Food & Beverage knowledge, including the sequence of service in a Banqueting environment
