Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting
  • Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup
  • Set tables and back-of-house prep space according to service standards
  • Prepare mise-en-place for events
  • Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience serving is required
  • Previous experience in catering work or high-volume functions is preferred
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
  • Excellent commitment to service
  • Must have Serving it Right Certificate
  • Ability to work in Canada
