Job Responsibility:
Oversee all day-to-day castle operations - accommodation, dining, grounds and events
Be personally present at key guest moments: arrival, dinner, departure
Lead pre-arrival guest profiling and bespoke journey planning
Maintain immaculate presentation and operational standards throughout
Recruit, coach and develop a small, cross-trained high-performance team
Build relationships with luxury travel advisors and key local partners
Ensure full regulatory, safety and compliance standards are upheld
Requirements:
3-4+ years of senior luxury hospitality leadership, ideally within a castle, country house, or ultra-luxury boutique property
Emotional intelligence is as important as operational precision
Calm under pressure, instinctively hospitable, and deeply discreet
Experience with Forbes 5-Star, LQA, or Michelin 3 Keys standards is highly advantageous
Background in pre-opening properties or exclusive-use venues is a plus
