Job Responsibility

Manages a portfolio of artists including day to day operational support, supported by Senior Talent Manager and / or Director of Talent
Manage artist crewing and scheduling for specific departments
Working with Senior Talent Manager, Director of Talent and /or Senior Studio Production Manager (SPM) to appropriately escalate any crewing issues and collaborate on solutions
Working closely with the Senior Talent Manager, Director of Talent and HR to effectively escalate and resolve people issues
Works collaboratively with Senior Studio Production Manager, Production, Supervisors, Heads of Department (HoD) and Recruiters to define and communicate ongoing hiring requirements for assigned departments
Communicates pro-actively with show leadership and creative supervision to understand overall project requirements, crewing needs (start / end dates) and project milestones, anticipating and flagging challenges as required
Partners with the relevant HoD for casting, artist career development, performance reviews and other departmental initiatives. Includes Senior Talent Management, where necessary
Facilitates annual performance review processes, closely collaborating with Senior Talent Management to outline career development
Works closely with SPM on understanding capacity changes, to proactively identify and plan for work coming into the studio
