Job Responsibility

  • Drive supplier quality assurance activities towards suppliers delivering casting, forging components
  • Identify & mitigate technical gaps related product from very early of product realization process & manufacturing process during product realization process at supplier locations
  • Drive/ Facilitate workshops relevant to product realization
  • Drive / Collaborate with Supplier cross functional team on Product and process knowledge transfer (Prototype-Serial production start)
  • Coordinate, supervise, manage and monitor all product / manufacturing activities with suppliers and Nordex internal stakeholder
  • Ensure to update product quality plans deployed
  • Communication with NX Internal stakeholders on the progress/ Timely Escalation on blocking topics
  • Empowered (hold authority) to cease and commence product related activities in relation to Quality and HSE related topics & drive mitigations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering refer to follows engineering background, with good relevant manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in Quality Management System
  • With mechanical or material, relevant background & experience in managing suppliers delivering castings, forgings products. Experience in Manufacturing is an advantage
  • Good experience in quality management system, ISO 9001
  • Good understanding and implementation of PPAP / APQP(4Wind), 8D, RCA
  • Good English speaking, writing. Excellent communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders at different level
  • Good understanding and working under cross-culture background or experience
