In-depth knowledge of the acting industry and talent representation

Provide casting suggestions based on experience, screen presence, chemistry, and availability
Negotiate contracts and schedules with talent agents and legal teams
Ensure diversity and inclusion are considered in the casting process
Coordinate logistics for casting sessions, including studio bookings, reader selection, and filming auditions

Document and register all Heat Treatment batches and casting serial numbers, ensuring full traceability
Analyse and report the heat treatment results of castings, including hardness and microstructural evaluation
Prepare inspection procedures and supervise inspections according to specifications and customer requirements
Submit Heat Treatment quality control reports and participate in failure investigations, developing actions to prevent recurrence
Provide technical guidance to the business regarding the heat treatment of castings
Actively demonstrate adherence to Safety, 5S and Continuous Improvement, keeping the work area safe, orderly and compliant with Bradken standards
