Job Description:

The Casino Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing and driving the performance of the casino product, a key driver of the business's turnover. You will take ownership of executing and refining casino strategies, management of on-site content, high-impact promotions, and marketing assets. This role demands deep knowledge of the online iGaming on regulated market, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Optimize lobby layout by category, volatility, RTP, provider, updated thumbnails, and trending games
  • Analyze player journeys to identify friction points in lobby navigation, search, discovery, and recommendations
  • Manage game lifecycle following the regulator approval process for new providers/Games, activation, deactivation, testing, categorization, and feature setup
  • Monitor game stability: loading errors, downtime, and performance on mobile and desktop
  • Coordinate with providers to investigate outages, incorrect behavior, and settlements
  • Map competitor benchmarks and propose improvements
  • Develop content and promotions, ensuring we cover different games categories, based on real data and players' preferences
  • Ensure all casino activities comply with Brazilian regulations, advertising rules (CONAR), and internal policies
  • Create and QA bonus tools, such as free spins, bonus money, tournaments, etc
  • Maintain strong relationships with studios (Pragmatic, Evolution, etc.) and work on network offers
  • Track casino daily performance, GGR and NGR, bets, active players, average stake, game-level and provider-level performance, bonus cost, and retention metrics (replay rate, revenue per user)
  • Present weekly and monthly insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Use data to optimize promotional strategies, lobby curation, and provider partnerships
  • Work with product and tech teams to enhance the casino experience (navigation, mobile UX, lobby, etc.)
  • Work with the global teams to tailor general offers and for providers promotional budgets allocation
  • Work closely with odds provider managers, sportsbook team, and the CRM team
  • Support AML/fraud teams by flagging suspicious activity or gameplay anomalies

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams
  • 2–5+ years in casino operations, CRM, or product roles within iGaming
  • Experience managing game providers, promotions, and casino performance dashboards
  • Strong understanding of online slot mechanics, RTP concepts, volatility, jackpots, and live casino operations
  • Ability to manage games and promotions in platform back offices
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets
  • High proficiency in spreadsheets (pivot tables, complex logic)
  • Familiarity with BI tools is a strong advantage
  • Experience with A/B testing flows and UX evaluation
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for online betting
  • Multi-project management is a strong advantage

  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous
