Job Description:

Promote positive customer relations by assisting guests by providing parking validation, casino server services, and/or teaching guests how to play the slot machines. Assist guests with machine malfunctions. Maintain logbook with machine information. Fill out malfunction slips, claims forms, jackpot slips, and manual ticket payout forms. Refill machine printer paper. Inform guests of relevant promotions and events. Clear hands before and after handling currency and after machine interventions. Collect rating slips. Fulfill jackpot payments and hopper refill procedures. Report unusual machine and player activity.

Job Responsibility:
