Casino Porter/Cleaner

• Sweep and remove wrappers, broken glass, and debris from the floor
• Clean and dust slot machines, including the areas between machines and their bases
• Remove scuff marks, drink spills, and address biohazard areas
• Vacuum assigned stations, moving chairs and objects for thorough cleaning
• Empty trash, clean bathrooms, toilets, and replace missing items as needed
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is returned to the department and report any malfunctioning equipment
• Replenish supplies when necessary and respond to guest challenges promptly to ensure satisfaction

• 6+ months of general cleaning experience
• Willing and able to work swing shifts including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
• Prior experience in a casino or five-star resort environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and challenges
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and moving equipment
