Job Description:

Observe all gaming activities, including players and croupiers, to promote the adherence of casino procedures in assigned pit area. Maintain accurate accounts for the gaming activity of all customers in assigned gaming area who are defined as 'rated players'. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba.

Job Responsibility:

Observe all gaming activities
Promote adherence to casino procedures and local gaming regulations
Record and monitor all chips fills and credits
Correct errors made by croupiers
Check accounting of bankroll, fills, turnbacks, cash drop, and credit markers
Maintain accurate accounts for gaming activity of rated players
Ensure rating slips are accurate and forwarded
Monitor cleanliness and condition of gaming areas
Complete paperwork and closing duties
Settle differences between croupiers and guests
Approve complimentary privileges to qualified players
Assist Marketing department in solicitation of players

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2 years of related work experience
