Job Description:

Promote the Player's Club and its benefits to guests at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba. Implement promotions, facilitate special events, assist guests with casino activities, and maintain security of assigned areas while delivering luxury service standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote the Player's Club and its benefits to guests
  • Promote enrollment in Player's Club to eligible guests, carded, and tracked players
  • Implement promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment
  • Assist guests and distribute information about casino activities to guests
  • Meet and greet customers upon arrival
  • Monitor machines within assigned area for security and condition
  • Make announcements and maintain information regarding casino promotions, entertainment, and events
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Complete safety training and certifications
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Protect company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • Assist individuals with disabilities
  • Thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

Requirements:
