Job Description:

Promote the Player's Club and its benefits to guests at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba. Implement promotions, facilitate special events, assist guests with casino activities, and maintain security of assigned areas while delivering luxury service standards.

Job Responsibility:

Promote the Player's Club and its benefits to guests
Promote enrollment in Player's Club to eligible guests, carded, and tracked players
Implement promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment
Assist guests and distribute information about casino activities to guests
Meet and greet customers upon arrival
Monitor machines within assigned area for security and condition
Make announcements and maintain information regarding casino promotions, entertainment, and events
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period
