Job Description:

Oversee casino operations in assigned pit area, ensuring adherence to gaming procedures and standards. Promote a culture of excellence in customer service and adherence to The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Observe all gaming activities, including players and croupiers, to promote adherence to casino procedures in assigned pit area
notify the immediate supervisor of any unusual activity
record and monitor all chips fills and credits in the assigned pit area
correct errors made by croupiers
check the accounting of bankroll, fills, turnbacks, cash drop, and credit markers in designated working areas
maintain accurate accounts of gaming activity for rated players
monitor the cleanliness and condition of areas
complete all paperwork and closing duties
settle differences between croupiers and guests through proper explanation of rules
approve complimentary privileges to qualified players
assist the Marketing department in the solicitation of players

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience required
