We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused waiting staff to join our gaming-focused hospitality team. You’ll be delivering exceptional service to our playing customers, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well looked after.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide attentive and friendly service to players
  • Work collaboratively with gaming management teams to ensure smooth service
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
  • Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism

Requirements:

  • A years’ waiting or service experience, particularly in a casino would be an advantage
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering great service
