Our client is a fast-growing, crypto-native gaming platform building a full casino, sportsbook, and Web3 experiences. We are seeking a hands-on Casino Director to own the operational launch and scale the business globally. You will lead the day-to-day casino operations, partner with product, marketing, and tech teams, and shape a robust, data-driven player experience. This is a fully remote role within our regional scope, with relocation not offered.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the operational launch for casino operations, including onboarding, retention, VIP, CRM, bonusing, and the player lifecycle
  • Manage providers, aggregators, and game portfolios, optimising performance and monitoring key metrics
  • Build teams, processes, and governance structures from scratch with clear SLAs
  • Collaborate with game design, product, and engineering to ensure smooth integration of games into HTML5 and Pixi.js environments
  • Define quality standards, maintain technical documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance in our markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years in online casino / iGaming operations
  • At least 2 years at Head, Director, or senior leadership level
  • Strong experience across casino operations, VIP, retention, CRM, onboarding, bonusing, and player lifecycle management
  • Experience managing providers, aggregators, and game portfolios
  • Solid understanding of operational KPIs including GGR, NGR, LTV, churn, conversion, and bonus optimisation
  • Ability to build teams and operational structures from scratch

  • Crypto casino or Web3 gaming experience
  • Knowledge of crypto payments and wallets
  • Experience with provably fair mechanics
  • Exposure to affiliate or influencer marketing in crypto gambling
