Job Responsibility

Observe conditions and requirements of the Cashdesk Procedure Manual, Guidelines, directives and provisions of relevant legislation
Ensure all Company records and paperwork is accurately and comprehensively completed in accordance with Company procedures and accounting guidelines and reporting errors and omissions to your manager
Investigate queries from head office or in-house
Carry out all cash and electronic transactions including exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, and payouts
Exchange chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately and efficiently
Handle customer buy-ins and payouts while following cashdesk procedures
Update points/player tracking for customers
Maintain all ATMs
Process all banking
Verify and record all financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system
