Job Description:

The Cashier’s main responsibility is to ensure customers receive excellent service in a clean, welcoming environment, while accurately handling all cash procedures and related banking requirements. The part-time position includes evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide friendly, attentive service to customers at all times, ensuring correct change is given and current promotions/offers are communicated clearly
  • Report any repair or maintenance issues related to Funworld Machinery
  • Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor or manager
  • Support with rostering, banking, and local marketing as requested by the Manager
  • Build positive relationships with team members and customers, representing Funworld professionally in the local community
  • Be flexible with work hours and available to cover additional shifts during colleagues' holidays
  • Liaise with head office personnel as necessary
  • Assist in training new staff in customer service, cash handling, and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Follow instructions, accept feedback constructively, and act in the best interest of the business
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the business

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be over 20 years old
  • Only candidates who currently have the legal right to work in Ireland will be considered
