We’re looking for an experienced Casino Affiliate Manager to join the Tote’s Marketing team in Wigan. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and long-term success of our Affiliate programme, with a specific focus on the Casino and Games verticals. You’ll manage and optimise affiliate partnerships to acquire high-value new customers efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with industry regulations. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our Casino Affiliate strategy while helping us hit ambitious customer acquisition targets.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of our Casino Affiliate programme, managing relationships with all partners
Proactively identify and onboard new affiliates to boost brand exposure and customer acquisition
Optimise both the volume and value performance of each partnership
Review and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure they are as effective as possible
Oversee the media buying process within set budgets
Ensure campaign plans align with promotional and event deadlines
Provide affiliates with the reporting and insights they need to deliver strong results
Lead internal performance reviews as well as regular check-ins with key affiliate accounts
Conduct ongoing audits of affiliate placements
Work with our Marketing and Compliance teams to ensure everything aligns with UKGC and ASA guidelines
Collaborate with the Tote Product teams to forge deeper, integrated partnerships that enhance KPI performance
Stay informed about trends in iGaming and affiliate marketing
Represent the brand at relevant industry events and conferences
Requirements:
3+ years of iGaming affiliate marketing experience
Strong relationship-management skills
Proven ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
Solid commercial understanding and experience negotiating and optimising digital partnerships
Confidence using third-party affiliate tracking tools and interpreting data to make informed, performance-driven decisions
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Suite
Ability to manage budgets effectively while meeting internal targets
Understanding of the principles of effective digital marketing campaigns
Comfort analysing performance and communicating insights to the wider business
Strong working knowledge of digital advertising legislation and relevant codes of practice, including CAP, ASA, and broader UK compliance requirements
