Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the restaurant
  • take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • process customer payments including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments
  • provide accurate change and receipts to customers
  • ensure the accuracy of orders before handing them to customers
  • maintain a clean and organized cashier area
  • assist with stocking and organizing inventory in the front of house
  • handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards
  • perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cashier or customer service experience in fast-paced environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • basic math skills and cash-handling experience
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
