Job Responsibility

  • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience
  • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty
  • Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience
  • Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues
