Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the Cash Counter
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring expiration dates
  • Support with prescription processing and dispensing
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience client handling /Cashiering
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays with shift basis (12.00pm – 9.00pm) and 07-day working roster with scheduled day-offs
