Responsible for overseeing all operations of the casino’s cashdesk, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all financial transactions. This role manages cashiers and supervisors, enforces internal control procedures, maintains compliance with gaming regulations, and ensures efficient customer service for guests and employees.
Job Responsibility:
Manage daily operations of the cashdesk
Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate cashiers, supervisors, and count team personnel
Monitor and reconcile all cashdesk, cash and electronic transactions
Ensure all currency, coin, chips, and documents are properly secured, logged, and balanced
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate with Surveillance to investigate variances, discrepancies, or suspicious activities
Prepare and review financial and operational reports
Maintain knowledge of applicable gaming, anti-money laundering (AML), and Safer Gambling legislation
Promote excellent guest service while ensuring compliance
Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal investigations
Manage staffing levels, hiring, and performance management for cage personnel
Be the subject matter expert on cashdesk procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
Aged 18 or above
Right to work in the UK
Flexible scheduling for nights, evenings, weekends, and 24/7 shifts
Ability to spend a large portion of shift on feet working directly with the public
