We are looking for a dedicated Cash Processing Specialist to join our Trust Operations Outsourcing group in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will manage cash transactions and ensure the accurate handling of financial processes to support client trust operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing experience in cash management and financial transactions.
Job Responsibility:
Process cash receipts and disbursements in alignment with client instructions and organizational standards
Execute automated cash management trades to support financial operations
Manage voided checks and handle stop payment requests efficiently
Review wire transaction returns and communicate updates to clients promptly
Facilitate effective communication with client service teams and address client inquiries as needed
Assist with mail collection, sorting, and distribution tasks
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure operational success
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred
alternatively, at least 2 years of experience in client service within banking or trust services
Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial software such as QuickBooks
Strong skills in data entry, invoice processing, and working with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines with precision
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a detail-oriented environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality client service with integrity and a strong focus on detail
