Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Cash Poster to join our clients team. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with expertise in cash application processes and accounting systems. The role involves ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and process cash application activities in a timely and accurate manner
Utilize accounting software systems to record transactions and reconcile accounts
Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking
Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and ensure proper documentation
Monitor and reconcile cash activity to maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with billing teams to address discrepancies and ensure seamless operations
Maintain data integrity within MEDITECH and other financial platforms
Generate detailed reports on cash application and billing functions
Support internal audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation

Requirements:

Proficiency in accounting software systems and data processing
Strong understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and cash application functions
Experience working with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
Familiarity with MEDITECH or similar financial systems
Solid knowledge of billing and reconciliation processes
Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial records
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
