We are looking for a Cash Management Solutions Specialist to join our Inetum Team and be a part of a work culture focused on innovation! You’ll be the key link between sales, operations, and clients — ensuring every implementation is smooth, strategic, and client-focused. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages end-to-end delivery of Cash Management solutions for your client portfolio, anticipating needs and proposing smart, tailored solutions
  • Takes full ownership of the project lifecycle, from scoping and setup to post-go-live support
  • Keeps clients informed and engaged throughout the process, ensuring transparency and trust, while ensuring clients are well-trained and satisfied with the solutions delivered
  • Follows up on incidents, analyzes feedback, and ensures client concerns are addressed effectively
  • Adheres to internal controls and reports key updates to the Team Leader
  • Contributes to the evolution of Cash Management services and shares the expertise across teams

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • +6 years in Customer Service/Account Management in Financial Services, IT Support or Project Management roles (in Banking environment is a plus) or other relevant experience
  • Strong orientation towards the customer, goals, and results
  • General IT and Cash Management products knowledge
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
