Cash Equities Trader

• Successfully execute large-volume equity trades for institutional clients across Pan-European markets
• Proactively manage risk and P&L, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with institutional clients, providing tailored solutions and market insights
• Collaborate with sales traders and research analysts to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of trading strategies and technologies
• Drive revenue growth through profitable inventory management and market making
• Maintain open communication with control functions (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Finance) ensuring compliance and robust governance

• Proven experience in cash equities trading, demonstrating a strong track record of revenue generation and risk management
• Deep understanding of equity markets, trading strategies, and regulatory landscape
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with trading platforms, Bloomberg, and other relevant technologies
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, VBA, or Python is highly advantageous
