Job Description

We are looking for a Cash & Banking Administrator join us in Llangefni! We rely on our Cash & Banking Administators to help process the day-to-day cash operations of the Group, ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working in one of our central support functions you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer fantastic support to our business and to get the job done.

Job Responsibility

  • Reconciling of daily banking transactions on the Group’s banking platforms and be the point of contact for all queries relating to cash and banking
  • Reviewing and raising queries where discrepancies arise, and liaising with branch colleagues and other members of the finance team for escalation and clearance
  • Bank account reconciliations across all entities each month
  • Maintenance of bank accounts, documents and relevant information within the Group
  • Support the Cash & Banking Supervisor and wider Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks, assist in project work where applicable and be involved in daily, weekly, monthly reporting as necessary

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
  • IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Good organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative
