Job Description:

Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a Cash Applications Specialist for our client located in the St. Louis city. The role is contract to hire and paying between $22-$24/hr and is 100% onsite. Job Responsibility:

  • Processing monthly client statements
  • Calling clients on delinquent balances
  • Working on invoice appeals
  • Posting cash receipts
  • Reviewing accounts receivable balances with responsible attorneys
  • Processing write offs

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge or familiarity of accounts receivable procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be well organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be self-sufficient in prioritizing tasks
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with both clients and attorneys
  • Prior experience in collections
  • High school Diploma/GED required
